Fixing Mbconn.exe File Issue of Exchange Server!

Exchange Information store is the most critical constituent of MS Exchange Server where all its data are saved. But at times Exchange Server gets crashed due to corruption issues and all the data stored in it gets affected. So, in order to access those lost data you need to mount the information stored. But while mounting due to corruption and damage issue, the mailbox store or public store denies to mount which makes your data such as mails, notes, images, contacts, attachments and others inaccessible in the Exchange Mailbox. Mbconn.exe is the file which is used by Exchange Server to connect these mailboxes to Active Directory accounts and when this file gets corrupted such issues are caused.

Corruption or damage of Mbconn.exe fileM does not causes this issue only as its corruption also leads to the non-responsive servers. Mbconn.exe corruption directly affects the connection between the mailbox and Information store so, it is very important to make it intact. In order to resolve this issue, if an Exchange server administrator starts Exchange System manager (ESM) and tries to run the Cleanup Agent to test the connection, the Cleanup Agent fails and yo will encounter an error message which says -

“An internal processing error has occurred. Try restarting the Exchange System Manager or the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service, or both. ID no: c1041724”

Since this behavior of MS Exchange Server makes all the information inaccessible and leads to the critical data loss so, its recovery is very important. In such situations restoring the backup of the lost data is great help, but if the backup is not available then to recover the lost and inaccessible data third party Exchange Server Recovery software need to be used. This software will effectively scans the entire Exchange Server and recovers all the data in a safe and secure place.
